Our pricing is highly competitive and is based on the amount of verifications our customers plan to order on a monthly basis. We at VeraTrack believe that our product is better than the competition and feel that the pricing will be much lower than the competition. Although each case maybe different based on the company, here is a breakdown of our pricing structure as it stands currently:

At VeraTrack, we make the process of verifying previous employment simple and seamless. Our research with companies who either outsource their employment verification or complete verification through their own human resources department has shown that automating the process through our proprietary system allows you to reduce the time and cost it takes to properly verify employment history on prospective job applicants.
How does VeraTrack work?
Once you create a VeraTrack.com account, you are ready to begin VeraTrack's simple, effective process of verifying employment history on a prospective employee. Before you begin any new verification, you will always need to obtain the applicant's authorization. Visit our Resources section for a sample job application containing additional fields to aid in the verification process.
Creating a new verification is simple:
- Login to your account and click New Verification
- Enter the applicant's information: Name, SSN, DOB and Email.
- Enter the previous employer's information: Company Name, Address, Phone/Fax and Email.
- Provide the applicant's employment information to be verified: Hire/Termination Dates, Supervisor's Name, Salary, Position, etc.
- Enter your information: Name, Email and Phone.
- Preview and submit!
After submitting a new verification, the previous employer will instantly receive a fax or email notification containing steps to complete the verification online. They'll be required to verify their company information and the applicant's employment information. Optionally, they can also rate the applicant's performance in specific areas like organizational skills, attitude, punctuality, etc. Once complete, you'll receive an email notification, at which point you can login to your account to view and/or print the verification.
